1)Customer gives us a list of factories to collect samples from, and pays for sample cost (typically at retail price)
2)We order samples from factories and inspect them upon receiving
3)We provide INSPECTION PHOTOS / videos to customer
4)Customer makes decision on what to reject.
5)We ship samples that passed our inspection to customer for FINAL APPROVAL
6)We documet inspection criteria for future bulk orders
